Streamlining the issuance of welfare schemes to the Labours of the State, LMIS is a carefully knit technology platform which enables the Department to register the Labours, issue Shramik (Labour) Smart Cards, register establishment owners, calculation and online collection of CESS and disbursement of multiple welfare schemes post validating the records. An E-Governance System built to undertake the computerization of the end-to-end business lifecycle of the Department from Pre-Registration, Enrolment, Vetting & Adjudication, and Production & Personalization of the Smart Labour Cards, Delivery, Identity Control, Lifecycle Management, and Decision Support System.
